Event Details:

Forest Therapy Guide, Horticultural Therapist, and Yoga Instructor Navraaz Basati leads us on an immersive and therapeutic walk. We will end with a tea ceremony and a berry ink watercolor painting activity on seed paper. Dress comfortably.
