Mindful Awareness is the moment-by-moment process of actively and openly observing one's physical, mental, and emotional experiences. Mindfulness has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being. Join Mindfulness Facilitator Chris George for a guided meditation practice to help focus on your Mindfulness.
Registered participants will receive an email with a link to join the virtual program. Programs can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. First-time participants may need to download and run the free software upon joining a program. For this reason, we recommend joining a few minutes early.
