Join the Barrington-based Signal Hill Chapter of DAR as Registrar Jenny Fisher provides an overview of the organization and gives insight into the application process.  She also will provide details on how the public may gain access to DAR's rich digitized records which include a 66 million all-name index of books and records in its vast library in Washington, DC.
