In collaboration with Samaritan Counseling Center and BStrong Together. Would you know what to say if someone in your family, a friend, or a team member were suicidal? We use CPR to help heart victims until the professionals arrive; learn QPR, a simple, practical, proven method that anyone can use to help a suicidal individual.
