Have you ever wished you could sleep better? Do you ever lay awake in bed, wishing you could fall asleep? Do you sometimes wake up tired, wondering how you will make it through the day?
If so, you can do something about it right now! Sleep is one of the most important factors in our daily lives. It affects our mood, concentration, immune system, and general enjoyment of living. Dr. Kimberly A. Lemke is trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and will teach you simple, evidence-based strategies that can be used immediately. This workshop will give you back control of your sleep and allow you to finally have the sleep that you have only dreamed about. A good night's sleep can start tonight!
