Begin in your own yard or neighborhood to replicate the success of the Village of Tower Lakes in reducing the amount of pollution reaching waterways and the volume of stormwater entering drainage systems. Presented by Andy Hay, manager of the Raingardens and Bioswales Project for the village, and recipient of the 2020 Lake County Steward of the Year award.
